Painting
Fill selection with background color
Ctrl-Backspace
Fill selection with foreground color
Alt-Backspace
Fill selection with foreground color using Lock Transparent Pixels
Shift-Alt-Backspace
Fill selection with source state in History panel

Display Fill dialog box

Sample as background color
